These are the four things we confirm with every event booking before the day — because each one has ruined someone’s activation somewhere:
1. Power and idling. Refrigeration needs the engine running or an external power source. Many malls and indoor venues restrict idling — we confirm your venue’s policy and the vehicle’s standby options [STATE REAL STANDBY/ELECTRIC CAPABILITY OF YOUR FLEET] before the booking is finalised.
2. Access and positioning. Mall loading docks have height limits and delivery windows; outdoor sites need level, accessible positioning. We confirm access dimensions against the vehicle before the day.
3. Serving-door heat load. A serving door opening every few minutes is a completely different thermal load from a sealed transit run — especially for frozen product at -18°C. We plan the unit and setpoint around your actual serving pattern.
4. Duration and relief. For all-day events, we confirm fuel/power for the full duration, not just the opening hours.
